Mary and I were looking at some old photos the other night and I created a little "before and after"!!! In the one on the left, that's me in the white....almost 60lbs lighter and feeling better than ever! The one on the right illustrates the old David who regularly enjoyed cheeseburgers and pizza!!!

Amazing transformation!
In response to both the pictures and your 12/5 entry, the simplest expression is "wow"! Your commitment to your physical health is evident from the picture but what is more overwhelming to me is that your heart continues to give so selflessly to others and to be filled with such love, care, and compassion when many would find reason to care only about themselves given the challenges in your life. You give humanity a reason to have hope and you are admired. Much love to you and your family during this holiday season and always. LM
